### The Inaugural AI Doctor’s Office: Self-service CarePods

According to a company preparing to launch “the world’s first AI doctor’s company,” which is scheduled to be established in New York and other major U.S. cities by 2024, the latest breakthrough in artificial intelligence is poised to revolutionize the healthcare industry significantly.

As per the founder of Forward, CarePod introduces a self-service kiosk where individuals can undergo screenings for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, depression, and anxiety. These cutting-edge health kiosks will be deployed in retail stores, gyms, and other public spaces.

Forward has developed a program named Health Apps, which integrates diagnostic tests. The membership fees are fixed at $99 every two weeks.

Adrian Aoun, the CEO and founder of Forward, mentioned, “It generally loads up a variety of programs for you to enjoy.”

For instance, if you opt for the body record app, the experience is quite fascinating. It instructs you to remain still, rotates you, conducts multiple analyses, presents the results on the screen, and explains them to you.

The CEO highlighted that users will receive a device to place over their hearts, providing real-time results for heart health.

Moreover, CarePods offer technology for users to draw their blood. These CarePods are being hailed as “the world’s first AI doctor’s office.” Let’s proceed

Aoun, a former Google AI executive, described the process as painless. Instead of claiming “no needle, no knife, and no pain,” the method involves a small vacuum chamber for a “capillary blood draw” from the patient’s arm.

Aoun likened the two to four-minute procedure to “leech or reilly” rather than the conventional finger pricks.

The company has not disclosed the manufacturer of the blood-draw systems or whether they have obtained FDA approval.

Aoun emphasized, “You’re not going to need doctors and nurses worldwide.” Instead, the approach is to rethink healthcare as a solution rather than just a service.

In the future, CarePods are expected to offer screenings for prenatal care, advanced cancers, and genetic predisposition to specific illnesses.

The next three CarePods will be established in Sacramento, California, Chandler, Arizona, and Chicago’s Willis Tower.

By 2024, CarePods will be deployed nationwide. Let’s move forward

Subsequently, expansion plans include the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Philadelphia.

Aoun expressed, “We should consider transitioning everything that doctors and nurses do into hardware and software gradually.”

“We will continue our efforts until we can offer these remarkable services to the global population at an affordable cost.”
