In response to this development, Mira Murati, the current chief technology officer of OpenAI, has been appointed as the interim CEO while the company searches for a permanent replacement.
Despite being a founding member of OpenAI in 2015, Altman’s recent actions have strained his relationship with the board, hindering their ability to effectively fulfill their responsibilities.
In a recent statement, the company refrained from immediate comment on the issue of transparency.
