It is never too late for an artificial intelligence application to assist in organizing your space, despite the current disarray. There are indeed some idealistic attributes associated with it.
During the Ignite presentation on Wednesday, Microsoft introduced a new feature called “decorate your history.” This innovative functionality utilizes advanced AI to enhance your Teams calls by decluttering the background and incorporating decorative elements. As demonstrated in the presentation, the AI can generate a variety of items such as string lights, flowers, and seasonal decorations.
Furthermore, Teams will soon include a message isolation feature. Microsoft asserts that once activated, this AI-powered capability can effectively eliminate background noise, allowing your voice to be clearly heard in noisy environments. This development stands in stark contrast to Apple’s similar commitment made during the launch of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 17.
The introduction of this new Teams feature is just one of the many enhancements unveiled by Microsoft at the Ignite event. Leveraging their Copilot AI technology to its fullest extent, Microsoft showcased several AI-enhanced quality-of-life features, including real-time transcriptions and meeting summaries.
Looking ahead to 2024, the innovative “decorate your history” feature on Microsoft Teams may transition to a Premium offering.
