We are excited to announce our partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp., a reputable provider of state IT solutions. Under this collaboration, Carahsoft will grant the Public Sector access to its existing contracts and network of integrators, consultants, and resellers. In return, they will receive our advanced cryptography management platform, Security Suite, along with other AI and Quantum technology solutions. This partnership builds upon our previous success with the U.S. Department of Defense Information Systems Agency and Air Force, allowing us to expand the reach of our solutions to support government agencies in meeting their current and future objectives, thanks to Health & Human Services.
Given the potential threat posed by fault-tolerant quantum computers to current public-key encryption protocols, which could jeopardize sensitive information, communications, and financial transactions, our initial focus will be on cybersecurity. Researchers have already begun storing encrypted data for decryption by quantum computers using Store Now and Decrypt Later (SNDL) attacks. In response to these threats, President Biden has signed the Quantum Computing Cybersecurity Preparedness Act (H. R. 7535) into law, along with issuing an Executive Order and two National Security Memoranda (NSM-8 and NSM-10).
Our partnership with Carahsoft ensures that federal, state, and local agencies will have access to a reliable, modern crypto management solution to safeguard the nation’s sensitive data and critical infrastructure. This is crucial given the evolving digital and quantum threats faced by public sector entities and the President’s directives to implement post-quantum encryption.
In addition to the Security Suite, Carahsoft will also provide SandboxAQ’s Simulation & Optimization solutions, which have applications in biomagnetic, meteorological, and supplies perception, enabling the development of innovative materials such as more efficient vehicle batteries and stronger metal alloys. The U.S. Air Force is currently evaluating SandboxAQ’s geomagnetic navigation system as a potential Assured Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (APNT) solution to enhance the Global Positioning System (GPS).
Through collaborative webinars, whitepapers, and events, SandboxAQ and Carahsoft will jointly promote these solutions and establish government training programs on AI, quantum physics, and related topics.
