Articul8, a standalone company offering enterprise clients a secure and vertically optimized generative artificial intelligence (AI) software platform, was established through a collaboration between Intel and DigitalBridge Group.

As per a press release on Wednesday (Jan. 3), this platform empowers businesses to leverage AI capabilities while ensuring the security of their data.

The release highlights that Articul8 delivers a comprehensive generative AI software solution that enhances speed, security, and cost-effectiveness for large enterprise clients.

Utilizing proprietary technology and expertise from Intel, the platform offers flexibility with cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment options to cater to diverse infrastructure needs.

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has been mentioned in the announcement for successfully implementing and scaling the system for business clients in various industries such as financial services, aerospace, semiconductor, and telecommunications, each demanding specialized domain knowledge and stringent security measures.

Arun Subramaniyan, a former vice president and general manager at Intel’s Data Center and AI Group, has assumed the role of CEO at Articul8.

The release also indicates that Articul8 is well-positioned to enhance its market approach and expand its product portfolio as an independent entity backed by strategic investments.

DigitalBridge Ventures, the venture capital arm of the company, was identified as Articul8’s primary investor, with Intel acquiring an equity stake in the company alongside a group of experienced venture capitalists.
