Management Science and Innovation (MSI) has acquired Ascolta, a provider of information security and software development services, in a strategic move aimed at enhancing its artificial intelligence and DevOps capabilities for both business and government clients. The acquisition, which was finalized for an undisclosed sum, is part of MSI’s initiative to expand its service offerings.
Ascolta, headquartered in Hampton, Virginia, has been serving government and corporate customers since 2014, specializing in software design, cloud migration, and DevOps solutions. Leveraging its extensive experience with the Department of Defense’s Risk Management Framework and program testing procedures, Ascolta assists clients in addressing complex software challenges effectively.
MSI’s CEO, Dan Heckman, highlighted that the acquisition will broaden the company’s clientele in the AI and professional services sectors, further solidifying its position in the market.
