Adobe and TikTok have jointly announced the integration of their AI-powered Creative Assistant into Adobe Express. This collaboration is aimed at simplifying the content creation and marketing processes for companies and creators. The Creative Assistant add-on is now available globally in English for both free and Premium users of Adobe Express.
By incorporating the Creative Assistant add-on, Adobe Express users can streamline their workflow when creating content across different platforms. This feature provides access to themes, Adobe Stock video clips, sound, stickers, and a TikTok video publisher within Adobe Express. Moreover, authors can leverage TikTok insights on trending hashtags and utilize AI-powered tools directly in Adobe Express through the Creative Assistant add-on. Additionally, the assistant can help generate original ideas and even assist in drafting video scripts.
The seamless integration within Adobe Express allows companies and creators to plan and publish content directly to TikTok without leaving the platform.
Stacy Martinet, VP of Marketing Strategy and Communications at Adobe, emphasized the value of the new Creative Assistant add-on in Adobe Express in streamlining the content creation process across different systems. By collaborating with TikTok’s Creative Assistant, Adobe aims to combine its creative tools with TikTok’s extensive knowledge of a highly engaged global audience to deliver content that drives tangible business results for customers.
To access the Creative Assistant, users can navigate to the add-ons section in Adobe Express and install the feature. For instance, if a company wishes to create an online advertisement for Valentine’s Day to promote an upcoming sale, they can explore various layouts, review popular hashtags for inspiration, and input prompts into the Assistant to generate creative ideas.
For example, users can request the Assistant to craft a Valentine’s Day ad for a flower shop offering a 20% discount on all plants. The Assistant will provide a suggested script to help structure the advertising strategy based on the input prompt, offering ideas for text, words, or images to include in the advertisement.
Once ready to publish, users can seek an attention-grabbing message for their ad from the Assistant, distribute the ad, and add relevant tags.
Sofia Hernandez, the global head of marketing at Adobe, expressed excitement about integrating the Creative Assistant into Adobe Express to empower businesses in creating TikTok-centric campaigns seamlessly within a familiar platform. The integration enables businesses of all sizes to leverage TikTok for promotional purposes efficiently by facilitating ideation, production, and publication within Adobe Express.
TikTok initially introduced its Creative Assistant in September to expedite video creation using AI. The integration with Adobe Express now allows manufacturers and creators to enhance the efficiency of producing and distributing content within a single platform.
